The Benefits of Suspended Ceilings In a Home

The Benefits of Suspended Ceilings In a Home

Creating a unique and sophisticated look to your contemporary home is easy with suspended ceilings.

Convenient to install, this type of false ceiling creates an aesthetic that a plaster ceiling can’t match. And the flexibility of design and materials plus the polished results means this ceiling style is having a comeback in stylish domestic interiors.

While more associated with commercial fit out, a suspended ceiling can bring modernity and creativity to your interior design. Ideal for hiding ducting in a kitchen or creating clever demarcation in a living space, these are just some of the benefits associated with using suspended ceilings Bristol, Bath and Gloucester homeowners will love.

A sustainable solution

If you have high ceilings, you’ll also have high energy bills. Heating the space above your head doesn’t come cheap and doesn’t keep the rest of the room warm.

Install a well insulated suspended ceiling and you’ll trap the air keeping your interiors warm in winter and cool in summer while lowering your energy usage.

Peaceful and noise free

Whether it’s the upstairs neighbours or the echoing acoustics, if you value peaceful interiors then you’ll love a dropped ceiling that provides superb acoustic insulation.

Contemporary style

Your false ceiling can be created in a range of materials and designs that create a clean, contemporary ambience or hide that new air conditioning unit.

Whatever your reasons for installing a new suspended ceiling, contact SLP Interiors on 07967441683 and let our experienced team create a new aesthetic for your modern interiors.

It’s great to know that interior suspended ceilings can help save me money by insulating the air in my home. I really love the aesthetic of them and it’s good to know that they are practical as well due to their energy-saving properties. My husband and I have been going over ideas for designing a home of our own and although it’ll be a ways away, it’s fun to talk about these things and think of all the small details we want in our home.
